I am an EMDRIA Certified Therapist and an EMDRIA-Approved Consultant-in-Training, with anticipated full Consultant status in February 2026. I’ve been practicing EMDR for over three years, and consulting has become one of the most meaningful aspects of my professional life. I vividly remember what it felt like to be newly trained—holding so much information, navigating multiple protocols, and trying to make sense of complex client presentations that didn’t always fit neatly into the manual. It can be overwhelming, and it’s common for EMDR-trained therapists to feel stuck or unsure about how to move forward.
My goal as a consultant is to offer a fully shame-free, supportive space where you can deepen your understanding of EMDR and build confidence one client—and one session—at a time. One of my favorite parts of this work is witnessing a therapist’s confidence and skill grow over the course of just a few sessions together. It is deeply rewarding and continually strengthens my hope that, through your work and mine, EMDR can reach and support even more people who need it.
I am an attachment-focused EMDR provider and often integrate parts work, a combination that has been profoundly effective for my clients and has shaped my approach to case conceptualization. I bring enthusiasm, creativity, and practical problem-solving to consultation, and I strive to help clinicians feel grounded, capable, and excited to use EMDR in their practice.

Single Session
Not ready to commit to multiple sessions? Book a single 60-minute consultation and take it one step at a time. We’ll spend a full hour focused on your questions, cases, and EMDR needs.
Available Monday through Friday.
60 minutes / $150
3 Hour Package
Perfect for therapists who want to deepen their learning with a short series of consultations. Over three hours, I’ll get to know your clinical style, your client population, and the areas where you want to grow—allowing each session to build on the last.

3 hours / $450
10 Hour Package
This package is ideal for therapists committed to strengthening their EMDR skills over time. Often used over one to two years, it offers flexibility while creating the consistency and depth that lead to real clinical confidence. Together, we build a strong consultation relationship that supports your growth at a meaningful pace. Includes a $100 discount; can be paid in two or three installments by request.
